What is it used for?
The Quick Review control panel lets the system administrator edit the texts shown inside the Quick Review widget and those shown in the invitation email sent to users using the “Engagement“ feature rules. All texts are completely customizable and multi-language. Quick Review can reveal in real time what the opinion of the customers about their stay in the location and lets the owner intervene whenever a problem should be reported.
Quick Review settings
The panel shows all the customizable text sections of the widget, that must be set in order to be properly displayed to users and to make the widget work as wished.
The fields to be set are the following:
- Widget title: you can set the title which will be shown inside the widget on the landing page.
- Question: it lets you insert a customized question to be asked to users. For example: “Is everything okay?”
- Comment to positive answer: in this field you can insert an additional question to be asked to satisfied users. The question will be an open question and it can be used to let users give their opinion.
- Negative answer comment: in this field you can insert an additional question to be asked to unsatisfied users. The question will be an open question and it can be used to let users give their opinion about the problem.
- Email object: it lets you set the object for the invitation email to be sent to users, in order to invite them to give their feedback. The email must be sent using the Engagement feature automatical sending rules.
- Email text: it lets you customize the text of the invitation email to be sent to users, in order to invite them to give their feedback using the Quick Review. The email must be sent using the Engagement feature automatical sending rules.
In order to save your settings, you must click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.
