What is it used for ?

The User Engagement panel allows administrators to define specific rules for sending customized messages to users who created an account within the system. Messages can be sent via SMS or Email. The sending is triggered when users fulfill a particular action, which has been previously set by the system administrator. For example, you can create a rule to send a preset SMS welcome message every time a user returns into the building.
